Fungi Fun

Lovely mushrooms sprouting on the grounds of the Hortpark last week. My Sony HX100V was the best point-and-shoot camera that I have used to date in capturing photos of fungi.

The camera was not up to par when I tried to photograph these spindly mushrooms. I noticed that the stems had an interesting texture and wanted to do a close-up of them. Unfortunately, none of my attempts were successful.
